  8. For Croutons: trim off the crusts from the bread slices and discard them. Cut the remaining crustless bread slices into small squares..
  9. Next placee the diced bread into the deep fryer and fry them until golden brown..
  10. Once the croutons had deep-fried. place them onto a tray with some kitchen roll to all of the grease off. Then Season the croutons with salt and a little bit of pepper - (but not too much pepper or else everybody at the dinner table will be sneezing all day long LOL :) Mix them in throughly with seasoning..
  11. Plate up the soup with the croutons on top, enjoy :).
  12. Presentation Tips: make a swirl on top of the soup with double cream, sparkle on the basil neatly and then place about - (5-7 small croutons) to finish the soup off Enjoy :).
